MOAA and 25 other members of The Military Coalition recently sent a letter of thanks to Senators Casey and Moran for their amendment SA 2943 to the Senate NDAA Bill released by the SASC providing some financial relief to military spouses who must get re-licensing in a new state after a PCS move for their military family.
